Boarding
Your dog’s comfort is our top priority
We have a climate controlled facility. All of the kennels have solid walls between them for your dog’s privacy and safety. There is a spacious sleeping area with a resting bed and an attached exercise run. Music is available 24 hours for relaxation.
At Canine Country, we supply beds, bowls, treats and food. Feel free to bring your pet's favorite toy(s). We supply premium Solid Gold dog food. If your pet is on a prescription diet, or is a fickle eater, please bring his or her favorite food to make their stay more comfortable. Please only provide the amount of food your dog will consume. We can accommodate those dogs who are fed a raw diet. All food must be in closed containers or ziploc bags for sanitary purposes.
EXAMINATION & VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS
At Canine Country, we like to keep our facility flea and tick free, so we check all guests at the time of arrival. Any guests showing signs of fleas or ticks will be treated at the owner’s expense. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this matter. For the protection of your pet and others in our care, we require you to have proof of the following vaccinations by a licensed veterinarian:
DOGS – DHLPP, Rabies and Bordatella.
Our staff is experienced at administering medications on time and accurately. We ask that you bring all medication with you in the original container and labeled from your veterinarian. There is no extra charge for this service. Do not mix any medications with the dog food..
There is a two-night minimum for boarding. You are charged for the day of arrival and the departure day if your dog is picked up after 12 noon. If you pick up before 12 noon, there is no charge for that day.
COSTS: (all prices subject to change)
Boarding - $35.00 per day.
There is a multiple dog discount for dogs boarding within the same kennel run.
5% discount for senior citizens
Daycare is available at $12.00 per day (see Daycare)
Obedience training is available during your dogs stay (see Training)
A Visa Credit Card or Master Card number will be required to secure and confirm all boarding reservations.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellations not made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date will be charged a one night boarding fee.
- Failure to cancel a reservation will result in a 50% charge of your total boarding reservation.
- Dogs who are picked up more than 24 hours early will be charged 50% of the remaining boarding reservation
- All charges charged to card on file.
